Butterscotch sauce

Description

Butterscotch sauce recipe to accompany Christmas pudding.

Ingredients

1 cup
brown sugar (firmly packed)
2 tablespoons
flour
1⁄8 teaspoon
salt
1 cup
cream
1 cup
milk

Instructions

  1. Combine firmly packed brown sugar, flour and salt.
  2. Stir in cream and milk. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until slightly thickened.
