Ingredients
1 1⁄2 cup
oats (quick cooking type)
1⁄2 cup
all purpose flour
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350º F (160º C)
- Grease 9x9 inch baking dish.
- In a mixing bowl, combine oats, baking powder, cinnamon, salt and flour.
- In a separate bowl, mix together brown sugar and margarine and cream, using an electric mixer. Add the egg and mix well.
- Stir the margarine/egg mixture into the oats.
- Pour the mixture into the greased baking dish and bake in the oven for about 30 minutes.
