Cucumber and tomato salad

Description

A refreshing salad, ideal for lazy summer family dinners, a brunch, or buffet.

Ingredients

cucumber (medium size, peeled and thinly sliced)

onion (thinly sliced)
2 teaspoons
salt
1⁄4 teaspoon
pepper
2 tablespoons
white wine vinegar
2 tablespoons
sugar
8  
cherry tomatoes (halved)
1 cup
water (cold)

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a bowl, then chill well before serving.

Notes
