Low fat blueberry ice lollies

Description

A delicious and healthy treat for children.

Ingredients

4 cups
blueberries (fresh)
1⁄3 cup
sugar (fine)
1 cup
yogurt (plain and low far)

Instructions

  1. Place blueberries in a bowl and crush with a potato masher. Add the sugar and combine well. Stir in the yogurt and mix until well combined.
  2. Pour mixture into 8 Popsicle molds and put into the freezer.

Notes

You can substitute blueberries with other berries, for a different flavor, and the plain yogurt with buttermilk.
