Ingredients
1⁄2 cup
vanilla yogurt (no fat preferably)
1⁄2 cup
mango (cut into cubes)
1⁄8 teaspoon
vanilla extract
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
- Pour into a glass and garnish with mint leaves for grown ups.
