Mango and raspberry smoothie

Description

Ideal for breakfast and, as quantities given are estimated for 1 serving, a healthy option your teenagers can prepare by themselves.

Ingredients

1⁄2 cup
vanilla yogurt (no fat preferably)
1⁄2 cup
mango (cut into cubes)
1⁄2 cup
raspberries
1⁄8 teaspoon
vanilla extract
   
mint leaves (optional)

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
  2. Pour into a glass and garnish with mint leaves for grown ups.
