Description
This is a great dressing for pasta salads.
Ingredients
1⁄2 cup
yogurt (plain, low fat or non fat if desired)
1 teaspoon
vinegar (white wine vinegar)
1⁄2 tablespoon
Dijon mustard
1 pinch
pepper (ground black pepper)
1⁄2 tablespoon
parsley (fresh leaves, chopped)
1 teaspoon
chives (fresh chives, finely chopped) Instructions
Whisk all ingredients together until smooth.
