Red and blue breakfast parfaits

Description

Let your children create their own favorite parfaits by using different flavors of yogurt and different fresh fruits. Not only is this a healthy way to start their day but it's a great breakfast for the kids to fix for Mom and Dad.

Ingredients

12 ounces
yogurt (low fat, strawberry flavor, 2 6 oz pots)
1 cup
blueberries (fresh)
1 cup
cereal (honey clusters or honey-nut clusters)

Instructions

  1. Place the yogurt into a mixing bowl.
  2. Fold in the blueberries.
  3. Divide the yogurt mixture between two drinking glasses.
  4. Top each parfait with 1/2 cup of the cereal mixture.
