Rocky road frosting

Description

Delicious and snowy frosting for cakes that kids can cook with you.

Ingredients

1⁄2 cup
butter
1⁄4 cup
cocoa
1⁄3 cup
buttermilk
4 cups
powdered sugar (confectioner's sugar)
1⁄2 cup
marshmallows (miniature marshmallows)

Instructions

  1. Combine butter, cocoa and buttermilk in a small pan and bring to a boil.
  2. Pour over powdered sugar and marshmallows.
  3. Beat until smooth.
  4. Spread on cake.
