Turkey lunch kebab

Make turkey lunch kebabs because food on a stick tastes better to kids and grown ups!

Ingredients

1 c cheese (cubed Cheddar cheese)
8 sli turkey (cooked turkey breast, thick slices)
1 pepper (green bell pepper cut into squqre chunks)
  tomato (cherry tomatoes)

Instructions

Thread cheese, meat, pepper chunks and cherry tomatoes onto skewers alternating alternating. Two medium sized kebabs make a serving. Serve with corn chips.

Notes

Wrap in film or foil and add and ice pack if these kebabs are going into the lunch box.

You will also need 8 kebab skewers, better if they are made of wood.

Do not limit the tacos to ham, use grilled chicken, roasted turkey breast, or anything you think suitable.

For very small children you may want to cut off the sharp point of the kebab or use plastic skewers

This makes a great sandwich replacement and makes veggies like peppers and tomatoes more fun for little fingers to try.
