Easy peasy cheesecake

A dessert most kids can make on their own.

Ingredients

2 pk cheese (cream cheese, 8 oz packages)
1 pk pudding (vanilla pudding, 4 oz package)
2⁄3 c milk (dry milk powder, non fat)
1 c toppings (ligh whipped topping)
1 shell (Graham cracker pie shell)
1 t coconut (coconut extract)
2 T coconut (flaked coconut)
2 T pecan nuts (toasted pecans, chopped)

Instructions

Bring cream cheese and whipped topping to room temperature.

Place the cream cheese in a large bowl. Add pudding mix, milk powder, maple syrup. Mix well.

Add and blend 1/4 cup whipped topping. Spread evenly in pie crust and refrigerate.In a small bowl, combine remaining whipped topping and coconut extract.

Mix well and spread on top of cream cheese filling. Sprinkle top with coconut flakes and pecans.

Refrigerate over night or at least 3 hours.

Notes

You can substitute coconut with Oreo cookies. Crumble some into the filling and decorate the top with more cookies, crumbled, cut into pieces or whole.
