Ham and pineapple rolls

A grilled sandwich like this ham, cheese, and pineapple roll is the solution for those who fancy a hot meal but don't fancy cooking. This includes hungry teenagers that cook for themselves, or busy mothers that need to feed their kids between sport practices.

Ingredients

1 bread (whole wheat roll)
2 sli cheese (your choice of cheese)
2 sli ham (good quality cooked ham)
2 pineapple (pineapple rings)
  butter (to spread)
  black pepper (optional, ground)

Instructions

Cut the bread roll in half and spread both halves with butter. Place one slice of ham on each half of the roll, top with a pineapple ring and cheese on top.

Place under the grill until the cheese is melting. Serve immediately.
