Turkey avocado wrap

An easy lunch or light meal for kids and adults. You can prepare a chicken avocado wrap or a roast pork avocado wrap in the same way.

Ingredients

1 tortilla (whole wheat tortilla)
3 sli turkey (deli lean turkey breast or roasted turkey breast, shredded or cut into pieces)
6 sli avocado (or to taste, fresh avocado)
1⁄2 c lettuce (or to taste, rinsed and shredded)
2 sli tomato
1 T spread (hummus)
1 t mustard

Instructions

Lay out the tortilla on a flat surface.

Spread the hummus and mustard evenly on the tortilla.

Layer the turkey, avocado, lettuce, and tomato.

Roll the tortilla, cut in half, and serve.

It hte wrap is prepared in advance, brush the avocado with a little lime or lemon juice.
