Banana and peanut butter frozen treats

This is a recipe for dairy free home made treats.

Ingredients

6 oz tofu (silken tofu, or solid tofu cut up)
1 banana (peeled, cut into thick slices)
1⁄2 c peanut butter (smooth, unsweetened peanut butter)
2 T honey (heaped)

Instructions

Place tofu, banana slices, peanut butter and honey in the food processor or blender. Blend until smooth.

Drop spoonfuls of this mixture onto a cookie sheet.

Freeeze them.

Store frozen treats wrapped in foil until used.

Notes

Drop mixture into a pastry bag, insert your favorite decorating piede and make shapes: Sticks, circles, numbers or letters.

If you don't have one, you can make your own pastry bag by snipping the corner of a clean plastic bag, such a sturdy freezer bag.
