Butterscotch sauce

Butterscotch sauce recipe to accompany Christmas pudding.

Ingredients

1 c sugar (brown sugar, frimly packed)
2 T flour
1 pn salt
1 c cream (heavy cream)
1 c milk

Instructions

Combine firmly packed brown sugar, flour and salt.

Stir in cream and milk. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until slightly thickened.
