Crunchy hash brown casserole
A comforting casserole for a hearty dinner, breakfast or brunch.
Ingredients
8 c hash brown
2 c ham (cubes)
2 c sour cream
2 c cheese (Cheddar, shredded)
1 cn soup (condensed cream of chicken soup)
1⁄3 c butter (plus a little bit more for the topping)
1⁄2 c onion (chopped)
seasoning (salt and pepper to taste)
cereal (cornflakes for the crunchy topping)
Instructions
Mix together everything except the crunchy topping ingredients, which are the cornflakes and a little bit of butter. Spread mixture evenly into a baking dish.
Crush cornflakes and mix with the butter. Sprinkle evenly across top of casserole.
Bake at 350º F for 45 minutes.
