Crunchy kid-friendly potato bake

It is not fussy or hard to make and kids seem to like it a lot, probably because they don't run into any onion pieces.

Ingredients

4 potatoes (large, rinsed, scrubbed anbd cut into thin slices)
1 c milk
2 c flour
2 c crackers (finely crushed saltine crackers)
1 t paprika
1 t salt (onion flavored salt)
1 t salt (seasoned salt, any you like)
3 T butter (melted)

Instructions

Set oven at 375º F to preheat and oil or butter a baking dish.

Mix the dry ingredients together in a shallow bowl.

Pour milk into another shallow bowl.

Dip potato slices in milk, a few at a time, then dredge in flour/cracker mixture, then lay in prepared baking dish.

Cover baking dish with foil and bake for 40 to 50 minutes or until potatoes are fork tender.

Uncover baking dish and pour 3 tablespoons of melted butter evenly over the potatoes.

Slide baking dish back into oven and cook, uncovered, for 10 minutes more or until edges start to brown and crisp.
