Ingredients

1 cup berries (mixed berries)
1 banana (ripe, peeled and chopped)
1⁄2 cup cauliflower (cooked and cooled caulflower florets)
2 1⁄2 cups milk (unsweetened almond milk)
1 tablespoon chia seeds

Instructions

Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend until you achieve a smooth consistency.

Notes

Blueberries, rapsberries and strawberries make a good mix, but you could add cranberries, blackberries or gooseberries. The berries can be fresh or frozen. If fresh, rinse well and hull strawberries and raspberries.
