Mango and raspberry smoothie
Ideal for breakfast and, as quantities given are estimated for 1 serving, a healthy option your teenagers can prepare by themselves.
Ingredients
1⁄2 c yogurt (vanilla yogurt)
1⁄2 c mango (already peeled and cut into cubes)
1⁄2 c raspberry (washed and hulled)
3 dr vanilla extract
mint (optional, mint leaves as decoration)
Instructions
Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
Pour into a glass and garnish with mint leaves for grown ups.
