Parsley and chive salad dressing

This is a great dressing for potato or pasta salads.

Ingredients

1⁄2 c yogurt (plain)
1 t vinegar (white wine vinegar)
1⁄2 T mustard (Dijon mustard)
2 pn salt (or to taste)
1 pn black pepper (or to taste, ground)
1 T parsley (chopped fresh parsley)
1 t chives (fresh chives, chopped)

Instructions

Whisk all ingredients together until smooth.
