Chocolate peanut butter dream
This smoothie is not only delicious but also packed with protein, making it an excellent post-workout or afternoon snack.
Ingredients
1 banana (ripe, peeled and chopped)
1 tablespoon cocoa (or to taste, unsweetened cocoa powder)
2 tablespoons peanut butter (or almond butter)
2 cups milk (almond milk, or your favorite milk)
1 tablespoon honey (or to taste)
1 dash vanilla extract (optional)
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a blender.
Blend until you achieve a rich and creamy consistency.
Pour into glasses, sprinkle with a pinch of cocoa powder on top, and watch their eyes light up.

Notes
Add a little more or less cocoa powder depending how dark you like the smoothie.
You can substitute honey with maple syrup or sugar.
Decorate the smoothie with slivered almonds, oats, chopped banana or grated chocolate.
