Full of mama's lovin' fries from the oven

Home made oven fries are much less greasy than their fast food counterparts and they taste as good.

Ingredients

2 T cooking oil (vegetable oil)
4 potato (large baking potatoes)
  seasoning (salt and pepper to taste)

Instructions

Heat oven to 450° F (220-230° C)

Peel potatoes and cut into "fries" or strips or chunks.

In a bowl toss potatoes in oil with salt and pepper to your liking.

Bake 20 minutes at 450° F.

FLIP and bake additional 20 minuntes at 450° F.

Notes

When tossing the potatoes in sals and pepper, you can also add seasonings like garlic or all purpose seasoning to create different kinds of flavored French fries.

You can even use sweet potatoes or other vegetables to create your own veggie oven fries.
