Green monster adventure

The natural sweetness of the pineapple and banana mask the taste of greens, making this smoothie a hit even with the most vegetable-wary kids.

Ingredients

1 c spinach (fresh spinach or kale, well rinsed and chopped)
1 banana (ripe banana, peeled and chopped)
1⁄2 c pineapple (pineapple chunks)
1⁄2 c avocado (chopped)
1 c milk (coconut milk, unsweetened)
1 T honey (optional, or maple syrup)

Instructions

Add all ingredients to a blender.

Blend until it turns into a vibrant green, creamy texture.

Notes

If the smoothie is too thick, add some more coconut milk or coconut water.

You could add othe fruits like apple.
